Me and my partner have just got back from Amsterdam and i really enjoyed it.
Try looking on www.flybe.com who fly there from Southampton. It might also give you some other options on where to go |

Try looking on www.flybe.com who fly there from Southampton. It might also give you some other options on where to go My tip is to forget the hotels which are hugely expensive (even the crap ones) and book an apartment. Works out a lot cheaper, you have total privacy and freedom to do what you want:norty::norty::norty: and you can usually get one baing in the middle of activities. When I went last year I had an apartment across the road from Dam Square |
We stayed at a little quaint B&B called Maes, cost us £140 for 2 nights. Best place i've stayed in bar the Hilton in Dubai.
|
yer, ive decided weve got to fly from southampton, apart from that pretty much well go anywere, no long flights, hat sthe point when its only a 2 night stay lol
|
What about Dublin? You can fly there with Ryanair @ Bournemouth

How about a drive to Dover for the ferry, or to Folkestone for the Shuttle, then 25 minutes to:
http://www.chateautilques.com/uk/evenements.php Rooms are lovely, food is INCREDIBLE!!! Oh and if you book online, you can have wine, flowers etc waiting in the room for the wife when you arrive;) Pick up wine/beer/etc at Auchan at Boulogne the next day, then home again. (Or do Auchan on the way over if your second day is a sunday). You might also like: http://www.inntravel.co.uk/shortbrea...s/mousquet.htm Rooms not as nice, food very good, a bit cheaper, and about 20 minutes further than Chateau Tilques. Alcazar BTW: were it me, I'd get her to pack, telling her you were off on a "longer" booze cruise, and "might" need decent clothes IF you can find somewhere nice to eat...........;) |
hmmn just been browsing the hotels caertainly looks like my missis would love that, although i fooking hate the french lol
having said that, not what i would describe as expensive either |
amsterdam is a dump to be honest
wht do you try krakow or cph or barcelona or if course you could take her to the north wales coast, "bangor" no i didnt feckin touch her |
