Stumped by CEL...........!

Evening all, can someone tell me why everytime I fill the car with fuel my CEL light comes on for 2-3 minutes and then goes off..............?

Fuel pump or MAF.?

Car is a uk 1996 pre-facelift turbo wagon.

Have you checked the codes for the cel?
