A huge thanks to Andy Walsh

Thank Andy, thank you.....:notworthy

If it wasn't for you the huge diesel spill on the opposite side of the roundabout I was approaching would have been the end of me

So it's a wet morning.....my tyres are new and warm..... temps and pressures all ok..... approaching my favourite roundabout, traffic is clear so I adjust my speed to take into account the wet greasy conditions and enter the roundabout at 6 o'clock intending to leave it at the 3 o'clock position i.e 3rd exit.

Now normally passing the 12 o'clock position makes the car turn back on itself, the weight catches up and I usually have to be careful the back end doesn't step out :norty:

Imagine the surprise on my face to discover a sea of diesel all over the road and previously hidden from view

Then imagine the look on my face as the steering goes light and I'm facing the inside of the roundabout

Don't panic Mr Mannering I've done loads of courses with Andy I must know what to do surely.... and lo and behold I collect it up and fishtail up my exit gathering it all together........

I can't guarantee I could ever do it again mind you but it does go to show that it was money well spent :thumb:

Phew, my heart is still beating :D

I suppose it's better than taking your hands of the wheel, putting them over your eyes and screaming STOP!

I can't wait to save up the sheckles so I can go on a course with Andy to be able to handle my car

Well Done Milamber :thumb:
