Sounds like you hav ethe wrong de cat pipe m8. your engine management needs the reading from both Lambda sensors

as yet i havent bought the pipe, but have looked at about 6 or 7 diff. 1's and they all seem 2 b the same!

should the car have 2 lambda sensors its a 94?

If its an import it prob does. emmision laws were diff abroad the second sensor is a cat deterioration sensor so you need 2 sensors in the exhaust

so any idea on which and where 2 get from the best/right decat downpipe?

The pipe I am planning to buy for my MY93 is the Ninja de-cat downpipe, it is towards the bottom of the page.

You only need to conect the lamda sensor in to the downpipe. The other sensor is the 'cat on fire' sensor, and as you will not have a cat anymore it will not need connecting.
