Not sure if there is a topic on this already but have just seen pictures of next years WRC on the SWRT web site.

Prodrive. Any chance of the P2 being based on the same styling??

The WRC does look pretty good. They could do a lot worse than offering a bodykit option for the MY01 to look like the WRC.

No doubt they will do worse than offering a body kit to look like the WRC by not offering a body kit to look like the WRC

You're probably right. Know what I mean Harry.

Even the new WRC looks crap compared to the current model. Don't even think that Subaru will provide an offical bodykit for the MY01. The cost of the light conversion alone would be ££££'s.

Subaru have only released 16 official WRC bodykits in the UK since the old Impreza arrived. They cost £40k each and were seem welded to 22B's.

Only thing that worries me about the WRC car is that the intercooler scoop looks perfectly positioned to suck in all the hot air from the radiator vent directly in front of it!!

If you look carefully at the front end, I imagine that they now have a front mounted intercooler. Thus the bonnet scoop is there purely for family resemblance.

I find that rather annoying.

Anyone from Prodrive care to comment?

I think the new WRC looks miles better than the old one and would definately buy an STI version if it looked like that.

PS. I think the WRC's have run front mounted intercoolers for some time.
