no probs, good day today. well lane did a great job of getting all the cars thro without any hold ups or probs. :)

RMA26 11 September 2006 09:17 AM

I got some brilliant pics & video (which i'll post at some stage - I was the guy floating round RLE & Spen555's cars while they were on the rollers)

The running order was a little confusing, but a fantastic day all in all

I was definitely impressed with Shaun Byrne's R33, what a car!:)

Thanks for your efforts Chris:thumb:

Nice to see Harvey again! complete with Pidgeon chasing dog & his missus (What did you get at Elvington?)

(PS - Thanks for the Pint Harvey :thumb: )

SUBTYPER 11 September 2006 02:06 PM

As above well organised Chris and many hellos to all the nice people me and Iain met when we were down there, Well impressed with Shaun`s Skyline, be nice to see it when the cams are dialled in.

Does anyone know if Well lane has had the rollers upto 1000bhp yet.

Iain was well impressed and was over the moon with his legacy achieving its 242bhp on a standard car with exhaust and downpipe and pipercross air filter not bad for a car with 155000 miles on the clock.

Got to get my car sorted now as the rollers were calling as I watched all the high power machines being tamed, although by the time its finished everyone will be using solar power cars and we will be measuring the power with multimetres, although the upshot will be I will be a true rebel running a classic fuel guzzling Impreza. hahaha

Whens the next rolling road day?
