why am i getting this, sending to an external address, what do i need to check? thanks

Maybe a correct message. Some email accounts give you the ability to just receive mail from addresses that the owner wants to get stuff from. A bit of a pain - I'd rather filter out stuff I don't want. Try ringing them .... :D
