He was also order to take an extended driving test.
HE'S GOT NO FREAKIN EYES!!!!!!!!! So that's a 3 year ban and a test retake for a bloke WITH NO EYES???? Is there a braille version of the highway code? No wonder this country is a lauging stock. |
