Snotty people on Ebay
 

Sold a lot of similar items of clothing during the past week.
Sadly, I mistakenly listed one item twice. Silly me.
As soon as I realised I wrote to the buyer and apologised profusely and refunded them in full.
Now, 3 days later, they have decided to email me to have a moan and threaten neg feedback.
Still, I've already left feedback telling the whole story.
Some miserable people in this world. We are obviously not allowed to make mistakes.
