Any advice for my dad on new pc please...

he's mad into his ms flight sim and has a few grand to burn and wants to play flight sim x (?) over 3 dell 19" (1280x1024) screens side by side.

the question is, what mobo, cpu(s) and graphics card(s) will drive 3 monitors at native res and give you top detail at 50fps+ (in ms flight sim, obviously)

help appreciated
:)

OR you can go for an alienware system, but they are good, but not great value for money, dell offer some good PCs as they own alienware now!
YOu can also use a HD-TV like a plasma to play games on

There are no graphics cards that fully support Flight Sim X as it is gonna support DirectX 10 and there aren't likely to be any DirectX 10 graphics cards out until 2007.
Flight sims, unlike most games, are very CPU dependant so get the fastest dual core you can afford. Starting from scratch means the only realistic choice is the Intel Core 2 Duo.
