Think my gearbox is dead
 

I was on my way home from work yesterday and whilst pulling away from the lights , as i went to put the car into 2nd i heard an almighty crunch with a loud knocking noise. I pulled over and found it was hard to put car into any gear and when i lift the clutch it just stalls. If i am stationary with clutch down there is no noise , although lift the clutch and it just stalls. Also noticed whilst getting toed back i could hear a rattling noise even with clutch engaged.. Does this sound like the gearbox to anybody and any body know a good place i can take it to be fixed in Liverpool?? Its a my98 uk Turbo and i am well stressed... Transmission type: TY752VN6AA..:confused: :cry:
