Getting back those ebay idiots
 

NOw ebay states that bidding is clearly entry into a legally binding agreement. SO if this is the case has anyone taken somebody to court for not paying.

My girlfirend put her car on ebay and we were totally honest to the point of being anal about every little fault regardless of age and it was bid upto around £200. The guy that won it never came to see the car before bidding then started asking loads of questions, most of them retarded and all covered in the description fully.

We stated clearly the car needed to be removed by a certain date on the auction and finally the guy admitted he was in Cyprus and could not move the car. The guy behaved like a total idiot and was quite rude at times and very avasive at others

We then went to the secn bidder who had litterally just won another auction on ebay so we ere left to relist the car and got around half the amount.

Now I'm aware there is an online service run by the governemt that can be used to claim against people who owe you money. Has anybody ever done this for one of these jokers on ebay. The reason I ask is I'm curious if its been done and how legally binding these ebay agreements are ?

I've never done it as it is often more hassle than its worth. Out of interest what is the site that you mention?? the one for getting money back of people that owe you it?
