any1 ever had there accout suspended and what did you do about it
i had 100% feedback rating when i got this

Check the email is not a spoof and whatever you do, DO NOT login to Ebay from the link provided in the email.
If it is a spoof / fake email it will send you to a fake site and grab your login details when you enter them...

i closed the mail then opened ebay and it was the same

Strange thing is, you have never sold anything on there!

They should explain what you have done wrong at least !

they did start terminating or suspending accounts of people who registered but don't use their accounts within a certain time frame could be something to do with that.

i had the email on thursday afternoon 17-08-06

never sold anything on there coz i dont have a credit card or debit card to set up my selling account thats why
but why would they suspend it coz of that

100% feedback gone in a flash

Maybe someone hijacked the account. Someone using that account must have done something naughty because you've been banned from even opening a new account!

I just meant how can you be suspended for buying stuff they are allowing people to sell!

have you made any offers to buy outside of ebay by using the "ask the seller a question" button? if you have then the seller has reported you.

even if you have ebay wouldnt suspend your account for that, someones been using it and done something bad.

I had something similar a few months ago - logged into my eBay account and found some strange things on there that I had been 'watching', I don't think. Luckily the credit card details on Paypal were for a card that I no longer use and had expired. But it doesn't bear thinking about what could have happened!

You must have had your account hacked by logging in from a dodgy link somewhere.

well no harm can come on my end coz i aint got no credit card details there

back to normal now
