Nokia N70 video formats
 

Help needed!

Trying to download some vieos from the internet, then transfer them to my N70 using bluetooth. Basically, when I try and play the videos on the N70 it says something like 'video format not recognised'.

Does anybody know if I can download software to play .mov or .avi files????

What formats does it support????

Smartmovie + converter. recompresses and plays avi's

I think its 3gp!! i use imToo 3gp converter.

Where did you get he software from?

When you play the movies on the N70, do they play automatically,or do you have to open the software first and play it that way?

open the s/w. I was getting an hour's BattleStar Galactica episode down to 20mb.

If I have time later I'll dig out the software & install intstructions.
