2002 Mondeo TDCi Ghia 130

Folks,

1 quick question, on the above car which i believe is the 2nd phase of the engine labelled the "Duratorq" is it a timing belt or chain, i've read mixed reports... Either way what is the maintenance schedule for the belt / chain....

I have the 2002 LX 115bhp TDCi and it's a chain, so can't see your being any different.
Hope that helps

All the Duratorque engines are chain driven.

Most of Fords engines are chain driven these days.
