DJ73 16 August 2006 06:14 AM

Fcuking tosser  , good to hear your all alright ,

Andy-C 16 August 2006 06:43 AM

Lets hope their balls fester and drop off.

The Zohan 16 August 2006 06:50 AM

Perhaps catching these co*ks and giving them 10 years for aggrivated burglary or better still attempted muder (if they pulled a knife/weapon you should get this) would help act as a deterrant.

Glad you and yours are OK.

This sort of crime is increasing and unacceptable. It needs a a harsh sentence and treating with the right gravity by the judicial system.

phil_wrx 16 August 2006 06:50 AM

i told the copper i hope it gets found wrapped around a tree with the burning inside.

not sure if i want it back now though :(

TurboMav 16 August 2006 07:24 AM

Atleast you and your family were not hurt.

The b4stards deserve to be hung.

SwissTony 16 August 2006 07:35 AM

this is getting beyond a joke, nothing is ever done about it by the police.
glad you and your family are ok.....hope bad things happen soon to the scum that did that.

Buster-WRX 16 August 2006 08:42 AM

Disgusting Fecking scum:mad:

LongTimeLurker 16 August 2006 09:31 AM

Sorry to hear m8, trying and suceeding through a upvc door is worrying :(. Roughly where abouts are you, was it a new age or classic?

Exactly my thought's too.

If they'd got caught, the courts would have done fcuk all to them. Maybe a few hours community service, suspended sentence.

Only if they'd killed you or your family would they get any kind of sentence. If my car ever gets knicked, like you, I hope they crash it, and burn to death in it.

The laws in this country favour the criminals more than ever

Glad you and your family are OK.

Probably wanted it for a ram raid / armed robbery. I know ppl have said at least you weren’t hurt but mentally it’s fukin awful, especially for the little one but you did the right thing.

I’d recommend a big dog, alarm and keep the keys down stairs m8.

cw42 16 August 2006 11:12 AM

Sorry to hear about this Phil, glad everyone is ok though. It is only a car after all. Hope the family's not too shook up over it. Big shock.

fivestring 16 August 2006 12:11 PM

Depending upon the circumstances he might not face a long stretch tho. Bottom line is if feel you can justify shooting someone shoot them, if not fire a warning shot (not at them tho).

Try telling that to Tony Martin:notworthy

D.K.1 16 August 2006 12:31 PM

He was in the the wrong in the eyes of the law tho. The lad was running away from him at a reasonable distance so he couldn't justify self defence nor anything else.

Someone (or three in this case) enters your home armed, makes there way upstairs, threatens you with a knife and you feel you or your family are in immediate life threatening danger then shoot them. It's not excessive force as i understand it.

fivestring 16 August 2006 12:40 PM

Someone enters my house, then my life and my family's lives are under threat then I will shoot without hesitation, if the law is not on my side under those circumstances then there is no law.

Scooby Snacks 23 16 August 2006 12:44 PM

Sorry to hear of your situation - glad you and your family are safe though.

FECKERS

MidLifeCrisisII 16 August 2006 01:28 PM

Horrible, glad you are all OK. Sadly the Police will most likely do nothing. We were burgled twice and they were never caught, and yes the young kids get quite upset.

Be assured that you will probably be banned by the weekend though :)

fivestring 16 August 2006 01:41 PM

The worst aspect is the fright that your kids have had, for that reason alone you'd like to destroy them.
Going to the Tony Martin theme again, I was working in that area at the time it all happened and got to know some of the locals and according to them, what was not reported was the fact that after he shot the burglar he didn't report the incident to the old bill and then went to a pub or a hotel and had a few drinks.
If there is an incident you must ring the emergency services.

he's got a good point though - if they spent less time sat behind camera's or drinking tea and biscuits (yes that old chestnut again) and did away with the friggin paperwork and got some good old old fashioned policing on the streets they might get some sympathy

dave_sw1 16 August 2006 03:35 PM

May they all fall into a large pit of goat**** and wasps very soon (thats the crooks not the police- well maybe a few scamera operating ones)
