quick B&Q question??
 

Does anyone know if B&Q will accept returns without the receipt??

I bought some tiles and have lost the receipt!!! In true man fashion bought way too many so need to take them back

If it's their own brand they usually will without too much hassle.

I used to work for them when I was at college. For a refund you need to provide proof of purchase, either the receipt or a credit card statement etc. Without proof of purchase they'll only exchange items for gift vouchers or other items (i.e. store credit).

That was their policy when I worked there anyway. :)

Same thing happenned to me, they issued a credit note that had to be spent the same day IIRC

I got banned from B&Q in Reading: some guy in an orange pinny came up and asked if I wanted decking, but luckily I got the first punch in…
