anyone else having troubles with these?

keeps dropping my connection and the modem thing starts flashing to show no connection every few minutes... is driving me crackers!!

Have had a lost connection twice over the last few days mate which requires the computer to be restarted before I can get connected again, I get a no dial tone if I try to connect before I have not switched off and then back on again.

apart from that no probs

get that here, often, but nothing like today where it is every couple of minutes!

Get what you pay for I suppose. Hear a lot of unhappy customers of these 'cheap/free' broadband providors, carphone/talktalk etc.

Anyway, on the off chance that the isp are doing their job properly, have some tests done on your line, check for loose connections etc.

It happens occasionally with the connection to be PC, but the connection to my XBox 360 never has. 360 is hardwired & the PC is wireless though so I put the problem down to that. Also, it only ever seems to happen when I'm <cough> downloading stuff <cough>

They are not so cheap in my mind.
