Wat you guys do?? Wats straight forward upgrade??

up there. this for 93-96 with speakers in boot not on rear doors.

In my MY93 wrx i bought 6inch speakers and made mdf brackets to mount them under the rear parcel shelf, doesnt take too long to do and sounds pretty good. Hope this helps if you need more info on what i did then let me know.

I kept my rear door speakers standard - even though they look small and ****ty, they are actually quite capable. The front door speakers are the opposite - they look decent but sound crap. So I took them out and replaced them with some Infinity components (6" woofer and separate tweeter). Sounds brilliant now, and just needed a bit of room in the door to position the crossover boxes. The tweeters pretty much dropped straight in and the 6's needed a mounting hole repositioning.
