He did well on the second house, that was practically money for nothing!

Couldn't believe how relatively cheap (250k) the first big house was when finished though, was it in a bad area?

It was a semi, in a cheapish area...........but most important, a repeat from some time ago. If he kept it till 2006 it would prob have doubled even without the work!

Annoyed the hell out of me that Beeny kept refering to the developments as his and his birds, she did feck all!
Happy to live in it though once he'd finished!!

Oh and odd question, what type of dog did that bloke have? my wife wants one :rolleyes:
