What are the best products to use to get rid of light scratches on a red mica car.

Depends how deep you mean by light - can you post some pics please?

Hmm, I would go with Menzerna Intensive Polish applied using the white side of a German Applicator Pad and buffed with a Super Thick n Plush Towel. It looks like they are quite hefty to me, so be prepared for some firm rubbing. :)
