wrx faster than sti
 

i was defeated today by a my05 wrx with a turbo back exhaust hks filter and dump valve i have a standard my02 sti the wrx was faster off the line and from 50 to whatever i didnt think this should be the case.:wonder:

Was probably modified, re-map and stuff that was less visible

How do you know it had a Turbo back exhaust?

It was modified. :-) My turbo My 99 looks std, but with 320 bhp, would do you think it'd do to most STi's? ;-)

Of course, you can always mod the Sti too!!!! :-) In fact, it'd be rude not to! :-)

Likewise, mine still has 16" wheels and orange indicators. (321/315 on the rollers ;) )

My brothers MY93 Legacy is quicker off the lights and faster than a mates MY01(classic) impreza.

Legacy; manual boost controlloer, K&N induction kit, cat back exhaust
Impreza; Ecutek, pipercross induction kit, grp A spec down pipe, blitz nur spec type r zorst.

Go figure eh.......
