Sorry - another ebay question

I've just won an auction on ebay.de, and I didn't realise he didn't accept PayPal. How can I send him the fee without posting the cash? It's only 30 euros

anything under £40ish i just send cash in an envelope.....done it loads of times and never had a problem once.
