Is there a method of identifying people and their cars at the track day?
We all "talk" a lot (Bob Hoskins would be pleased), but not all of us know any other Scooby boyz. I was thinking of sticking a post it note on my downturned sunvisor saying "kurtW". Anyone have any better ideas. Looking forward to meeting everyone on Friday. Regards Kurt |
What time is chucking out ??
If you lot are planning on leaving before 3pm I wont be able to come and watch |

Wondering around from about 11am (arrival depends on what time I get out of bed tomorrow...) with a white XXXXXXXL Shoei lid trying to blag as many rides as possible! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

Puff's wagon should be pretty easy to spot http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/rolleyes.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif

Being a shy unassuming type I have got 'Chuckster' in teeny weeny letters on my reg plate. Easier to spot is the Tesco's Mother and Baby parking badge in the front windscreen. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif
NB: Will not have the child seats in back this time. Cheers Chuck |

Whhoooooo http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif Somebody's going for a hot lap or two http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif Richard |
Both PTMW! & myself will be wearing ID http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif
How'd you guess Richard http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif |
A post it note should be OK for most people (and me) but I suppose any one who has upset someone on here may be a bit wary of letting others identify them.

Thank god Puff, it'd be a pity if your mechanic could not identify who you are http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif
As for spotting me. Well, look for the dirtiest black WRX Wagon you can find, and I'll not be too far away. My atire, if I remember, will be jeans, Shaggy t-shirt, and probably scooby-doo socks. I'll be the six foot four geek drooling over all the cars! see you all there tomorrow. |
Hopefully you'll all still be there when I arrive (3:30ish) in a white 200sx. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif
|
Chuckster, you, shy? never! Must say I was well chuffed at Bentley (seems sooooo long ago now) when you introduced yourself to me, and not the other way round! made me feel very proud that someone had a clue who little old me was.
I'm going to be the shy one tomorrow, well, as shy as a geek like me can be. Oh, and if you see someone checking out tailpipe sizes, it'll be me http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif probably finding that I'm not the only one to have a channel tunnel sticking out the back of the car! |
I'll me the one with the target attached to my rear windscreen just for Stef http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/tongue.gif. I'm sure he's looking to add a P1 to his list of scalps.

White STi4 with WRC spoiler and hideous boot graphics: The whole boot panel is taken up with a 6" STi logo (in pink http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/eek.gif ) and the words "Subaru Technica International" in large grey letters; mmmh nice! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/redface.gif

I'll be easy to spot - I'll be hogging all the parking spaces at once http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif (The car - not me http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif)

Jon.
Sorry mate, been there, done that! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/tongue.gif Richard. I think it's time I had a go in your baby! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif Stef. |

I'll be the one with my head in my bonnet with Terrets Syndrome if things are par for Course.
If not I'll be the one with a Big smile on my face and flames coming from my exhaust http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif In fact I'll do my trainer bit and bring along a Marker and some labels http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif Silver WRX 10 Spoke Anthracite Alloys, 6 pot Tarox bobbins brakes, clear Indicators all round, Loud exhaust http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif |
DBM MY00. Scoobynet http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif sticker in the bottom left hand corner of the windscreen - probably put a 'post-it' on the car as well.
Cheers Chris |
