WYIOC to SMACS 3rd place stand at NBO winners - Thursday 6th

Got a slightly longer route than last time planned (Subject to approval by everyone)

Can I suggest a 7pm DEPART from the FG, or is this too early for some?

Feedback please...

I'm tied up in the evenings all week, can't make this either...damn!

The longer route is fine with me though Sticky :D

Always up for a longer route even if my shoulders were aching after about 30 mins last time.

Work may still intervene but should be ok. If weather is like Yahoo report I may give it a miss :( , if it's like the BBC report then I'll definetly be there:luxhello:

7:30 would be better, but should be able to make 7.

Sorry if I sound like a fanny above.

Sticky Stuff 04 July 2006 01:53 PM

I think 7:30 may be better, realistically. Just thought that knowing some of us finish early(ish) and some of us don't work at all (Dave & Dave!!! ;)) we might be able to get a flier. Pretty sure an earlier start may be problematic for Mick too, but we'll see what the general concensus is. Could always while away 30 mins with a Red Bull :D

Sticky Stuff 04 July 2006 01:54 PM

Oh, and it'll probably hoon it down, 'cos we're doing Strines :)

Might be working on Al's car tomorrow, wonder if Katrina would notice it's *cough* late return :D:D:D

Anymore takers?? It was one of the best runs I've been on last time and Sticky came up with a corker of a route. Make the most of the long nights guys:thumb: ...you'll only regret it in November if you don't ;)

corradoboy 05 July 2006 10:19 PM

Not sure whether I'm making my own way there or not. Spent rather a lot this week already so another tank of fuel could cripple me. Also, I've only got about 1/2mm to the wear indicators, and with thundery showers predicted I don't relish spirited driving on almost dead RE070's, which can be scary in the wet when new. If I pootle there on boring roads it will be both safer and cheaper

Oh, and advance notice of a short 'break' when we get to the Ladybower pub.

I've arranged to meet a Sheffield chap there to fit a sunstrip, 15 mins max. Hope that's okay with everyone?

JAKbauer24 05 July 2006 11:57 PM

Sticky Stuff 06 July 2006 09:43 AM

Don't worry Jimbo, 15 mins at Ladybower, even YOU should have caught us up by then :D

MickWrx 06 July 2006 09:52 AM

Hi Sticky / guys

Due to my interim promotion to operations supervisor, pending the depot managment position being made, and a learning curb simillar to Paul Crafts dyno chart, I have been struggluing to get away from work anytime before 1930.

If by some chance I can get away reasonably early, to enbale me to get my darn shirt and tie off, I will get there, but if I am to be honest very unlikely :(

as you know I bloody love that run over too

I will give Sticky a call later this afternoon to confirm.

The Chief 06 July 2006 09:58 AM
