jumping out of 3rd and 4th
 

when in 3rd or 4th gear and touch or let off the accelerator (usually very low revs) it jumps out of gear.
its a 96 wrx.
heard a lot about gearbox problems but i dont know what it is.
can anyone help my here?

come on. someone must be able to help me:wonder:

im really getting bored of having to hold the gearstick while in 3rd or 4th:mad:
please help
