changes day to day,but best if you can send pounds to seller as i think they charge you a fee for changing the money to dollars before sending it.the seller will get his money in dollars at the best rate into his account i believe.

I always select the option to have my card billed in $ instead of using paypals conversion rate. Their rate is ****e.
Helps that the card i put it on gives the correct rate and at %0 for foreign transactions :)
