no not really, they are ****e and always have been...
cheap parts, made with cheap labour, sold online to make it cheaper, sold to people who want stuff cheap...end result, crap products with even crappier customer support...

Im am on my forth Dell PC, not lapy. And my next PC is NOT going to be a Dell. Time for a change.

we have to deal with dell all the time and the tech support is terrible.
their printers are just rebranded hp or lexmark ones and although their online model is very good for punters, they just suck big time.

if i was you get an hp/compaq, 3 year warranty, pretty robust etc etc.

(or even better a mac :D )
