Midland megameet 16/7/06
 

Well after finally getting back in a scoob we thought it only fair to arrange another 2 stage meet at longeaton and then onto chesterfield to show her off and see some faces we haven't for a while. The lads from midland scoobies have firmly taken up the baton for midlands meets so not wanting to tread on anyones toes I thought it best to go for sunday the 16th of July @ 12 o'clock, The world cup will have finished and hopefully the weather will be good! so usual format if it aint broke then don't fix it!


It would be great to see you all there, faces old and new and for those of you who have attended before you will be aware of the m1 convoy fun! :D

Can I suggest a midway meet point at Jct 29 of the M1?
If someone could phone me when the pack is approaching Jct 29 I will set off (plus others) from the big lay-by on the Mansfield side of the A617 and join the main pack the Chesterfield side.:wonder:

We did this a few meets back and it went very wrong. you could sit on the slip road and wait for us to go past we leave Long eaton at 12:45 ish.
