I got my Autoglym Blade from www.speeding.co.uk. But you must make sure there is no grit on the car before wiping as you can easily scratch the panel, Knowing how poor the paint seems on new cars these days, you'll probably need a respray!!!
Just looked on the site, they are £12 including delivery.

Sometime ago, someone was talking about a device called a "Water Blade" which it is alleged doesn't scratch your paintwork and removes water quicker than any chamois...
Does anyone know where (in the UK) I can get one of these... and does anyone have first hand knowledge of how good they really are?

I have an Aqua blade its an Autoglym one.

Its feckin brilliant. I can clean my car in half the time now. It gets the water off really quickly, all thats needed then is a quick chamois around the mirrors etc.

Highly recommend it

Cheers

Nathan..

BTW got mine from Les Smith car shop..

I'll second what Nath says, cuts down drying loads, even on an EsCos with all those swage lines. (Autoglym blade also)

Yeah really good. I got mine from wax wizard. Just make sure you clean the blade and make sure the car is totally clean or you may get some very small scrathced from and small grtty bits. Can clean dry my car in about 5 mins rather than the 20 plus it took before.

I got my 'californian' blade from wax wizard and yes it does cut down the cleaning time and prevents smears etc.
Does not get into all the creases and angles but clears majority of water leaving short chamois cleaning time.

I have seen these in various places, halfords might do them.

i got one but cant remember what it is called though.
i got it from 'COSTCO' (wholesale warehouse type place) it cost me no more than a fiver i think, its got some sort of a silicone blade and i think it is brilliant, cuts chamois time down by a half, went to get some more for my mates but there was none there.....however i have seen some on sale at a stall at blackbushe market (hants) for a tenner
