I'm new here - here's our cars!

Hey I'm new to these forums, just signed up today! Just thought I'd post the cars at our household here!

First of all, I'll start with the one you lot will possibly be more interested in. The '04 Subaru Impreza WRX. This was just picked up yesterday! It's basically standard apart from the bigger STi spoiler, and the MUCH bigger exhaust!

Well, hope you like that! Our first Subaru! And might as well post the other car here too...

It's an '05 E90 BMW 320D, standard with BMW fitted mods such as the carbon fibre front spoilers and the 18-inch rims.

So that's the cars! Feel free to comment and I'll go and post some on this site! :lol1:

P.S. Sorry about the pictures, I'll take some better one's soon. ;)

welcome mate, very nice motors..someones got abit of cash lol, not a big BMW fan at all but the scoob is lovely, what is that red? very very nice!

Phil. 17 June 2006 04:56 PM

Thank's for the comment mate! As for the colour of the red, I'm quite embarassed to say I actually don't know! We were worried it wouldn't be as nice as a blue one but once we had seen it, we were more than hapy with it!

Yeah, it's love or hate with the BMW - I feel - but it's torque from 2-4000RPM could keep up with most cars. :)

chris25uk 17 June 2006 05:06 PM

na the red is perfect mate, enjoy it

onslow 17 June 2006 05:13 PM

its just called bright red
just needs plenty of polishing to keep it that colour especially the wing mirrors

Hiya Phil

The red Scoob looks very tasty and very clean. Beemer not my cup of tea but it looks like a nice example.

padgo 17 June 2006 06:09 PM

Yes nice cars......

nathanb 17 June 2006 06:38 PM

Scoob anyday! Top one, nice one, sorted!!!

Phil. 17 June 2006 06:45 PM

Cheers for the comments! And onslow I like your wheels mate! They go very well with the car, I've always had a thing for black wheels!

And, while we're on the subject today, I must tell you about the latest mod to the car! As in the front driver side alloy being replaced with the space saver spare in YELLOW. We hit a massive screw type thing today on what must have been only the third run out in the car and punctured the tire! :(

So until we get it replaced tommorow, it's no more Subaru today. :( Gutted, but all should be sorted tommorow.

nathanb 17 June 2006 06:47 PM

Consider that your 1st expense Phil of many!! You may need to sell the BM to run the Scoob!! Would be worth it though!! Welcome to the site!

Dyney 17 June 2006 06:49 PM

The Red looks cool
Definatly set off well with the darker wheels :thumb:

Front spoiler changes the look slightly. I like it and usually hate BMW's :Suspiciou

Do all your neighbours drive BMW's? :lol1:

Thanks! To be honest I didn't like the BMW's that much then I seen that different carbon fibre splitter we got and I think that's what sold it to be honest! That and the cheap tax! :lol1:

And, not all! Quite a few up round my area.. theres a nice '06 Astra 3 door with 19's - down the hill a bit, red with an irmscher kit.. not bad saying he's only 22!
