radiator

Hi.
Ive got a new Rad coming on Friday for my 2000 UK turbo and I will be fitting it straight away. Is it a pretty straight forward and an easy job to do. Also how much water does the system hold. What percentage of anti-freeze should I put back in.??
Sorry for being a bit thick but I don't want to stuff it up.

Any advice or tips would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Luke.

Easy enough job. 2 bolts holding the brackets at the top, split the 2 fan electrical connections, and lift it out.

Make sure the bottom rubbers are'nt stuck on the bottom of the rad, (they usually are), fit them back in the chassis before fitting the new rad.

Mix antifreeze/water 50/50.

Job done. Piece of cake this maintenance lark.
Oh, and yeah I did put the new rad in and connected it all up before I realised I'd forgotten to put the lower bungs on it. :thumb:
