where to get a maf

hi

does anyone here know were i can get a nissan 300zx maf from
as my maf cant read all the air my car is getting and limiting
my performance and was told 300zx maf would do the job nice

sorry i'll rephase it anyone know of a nissan 300 zx breakers tried
the dealers to much money
