4 Wire lambda conversion: Help

Hiya,

I've had a 4 wire lambda conversion and im still reciving engine check light pointing at CODE 32 (02 Sensor) or Lambda.

Has anyone had issues with a 4 wire conversion? Or do you think it's possible i've had a duff one fitted?

Its a 4 wire NGK £60.

Shouldn't be a problem But I know the colour coding changed.

Are you sure you have a zirconia lambda and not a Titania. The Titania type use different signal levels.

If you use a 4-wire, it should be something like this :

Four Wire

Colour Connection
Black - Signal
Grey - Earth
White - Heater
White - Heater 11984

Universal Zirconia Sensor
Output 0.1 to 0.9 Volt

The Titania can be something like this :

Four Wire

Colour Connection
Black Ref. (out)
Yellow Ref. (in)
Red Heater (+)
White Heater (-) 11022T18

Universal Titania Sensor
Output 0 to 5 Volt
