H&S fitted, but now its misfiring!

I've just had a H&S exhaust fitted and my scooby seems to have developed a misfire now around 3500-4500rpm. Is this a symptom of something else or do the plugs and/or leads need changing?

Any help would be appreciated.

could be coil packs, regular things to go on these?:wonder:
