Because its been playing up for a couple of weeks . occaionaly when i arm/disarm the system, the o/s indicators stay on permanantly, and its getting more frequent and more difficult to get it to go off..

:wonder: Hi mate, sounds like you need a new alarm ECU. If the indicator is staying on its for longer periods that is.

I had exactly the same problem with a Sigma M30 fitted to my VW Corrado. A new ECU will be IRO £90+vat from a dealers, and you can't get them anywhere else as the M30 was replaced by the S30 some time ago. The 2nd alternative I considered was a new S30 fully fitted with 2 year warranty for £220. In the end I cut the wire to the faulty indicator and attatched it to the one which still works and fitted a diode in each to prevent all the indicators flashing at once when turning. Total cost 34p :D Maplins help desk will be able to tell you which diodes you will need if you tell them it's for a car, 12V and to go to 5W indicator bulbs. If you find the alarm ECU, the 2 indicator wires are yellow and go to terminals 16+17 IIRC.

HTH, for further assistance put up a post in Security for Sigma Sam. He was very helpful to me.
