How much should I be expecting to pay for a new wing for my 94 Scoob?

Theres loads on Ebay for £30 and £50

Not sure whether the quality will show though for that price.
I'm a firm beleiver that you get what you pay for.

Any suggestions?

go to a subaru dealer mate £70
a little steep on the price but you get a genuine undamaged item
