Where to get RB5 replica rear spoiler?

Anyone know anywhere that sells them? Hoping they have the rear brake light. Also how are the fitment of these replicas? Thanks

Tidgy 26 May 2006 09:41 AM

thought the rb5 had the standard mid level spoiler fitted? or did it have an sti one?

Tidgy 26 May 2006 09:45 AM

yep it does have the same as a ukturbo mate (just done some googling lol)

XyKo 26 May 2006 09:46 AM

Yah, just want to know how others replica fits. Some says it doesn't reach the holes for the screws.

Tidgy 26 May 2006 09:49 AM

most good replica sti spoilers will fit fine, the fixing points are the same (as i understand) but to be honest by the time you've got the spoiler, had it painted, fittied it, its not that much cheaper than going to a godd body shop/specialist and gettting them to fit it for you

RB5 came in two guises. 1st was the one with the std mid-level spoiler, 2nd was the WR Sport version with the Prodrive spoiler.

Siebon do a Carbon replica, but I don't know anyone else that does them.

Some Dealers may still be able to get an original ... or there's always eBay.

Prodrive came down hard on people making the replicas (especially the ones with their Logo), so you'll be hard pushed to find one.

You may well be as cheap buying a seibon c/f one and painting it than trying to get and original prodrive one. They're like hens teeth.
