ukturbo bhp
 

Has anyone had a ukturbo on the rolling road and had a k and n induction kit scoobyworld afterburner downpipe afterburner vortex back box there is no rolling road round here so i would like to know what bhp my car is. standard ukturbo is 208 bhp.people at work keep asking how many bhp is my car i think it will be about 230 bhp with these mods:wonder:

That sounds realistic to me :)

Couldnt tell you, there are many factors that can change the ammount of BHP your car is pushing out or not pushing out if there is a problem.

Some totally standard UK turbos have been known to push 225-230bhp purely down to some restriction in pipe on boost controller so I would imagine 230 is possible with few mods. Remap is wot u need and should get 260 - 280 bhp easily with wot u got!

Would have thought 99+ could only achievce that standard.

See the ecutek 3 remap groupbuy thread for some MY99/00s that were recently remapped with similar mods. Expected power should be 260bhp, but torque is more important, anything over that is a bonus. Mine produced 265bhp n 272lb/ft with sport dpipe, magnex centre/backbox and JR panel filter.

Mine produced somewhat low results tbh

Vehcile: MY00PPP with Vortex Backbox & Decat Centre only managed 230bhp/250torque.

Since had full decat and hoping for a remap which should make all the difference i hope.

It will mate, the dpipe is the most restrictive part, plus the remap to make the best of the extra power n torque, you'll be smiling.

On my RB5 I had 252bhp with a Ninja full decat and KnN panel filter. The full decat actually raised the boost to 1.1 bar which is where it gets the power from. One RB5. No.416 actually got 260bhp with the same mods!
