LIVE! From Scoobynet Live!

It's raining!

Tim W 21 May 2006 01:15 PM

Well duh, it is Elvington ;)

vulnax999 21 May 2006 01:53 PM

Still Raining? How are the big power boys doing ???

NotoriousREV 21 May 2006 02:00 PM

Thank the lord for 4 wheel drive :p

Carl2 21 May 2006 02:33 PM

I left at about 1.30 and it was still raining. No signs of it clearing up either.

Andy F had done a 9.6 and 9.4 as far as I know before it got too wet. Most of them had stopped racing by at least 1pm as it was too wet to get any personal best times. (but still nowhere near as bad as it was last year when Andy went off)

Just got home now, was raining when I left. Most of trhe runners got a few timed runs, Tim Webster (Skyline) and Andy Forrest stood out. Oh and an insanely quick Legacy!!!!

Carl2 21 May 2006 03:20 PM

The legacy was running 11s that I saw. Very impressive realy.:luxhello:

Daniel-S 21 May 2006 03:29 PM

Is it still going on then?

Puff The Magic Wagon! 21 May 2006 03:31 PM

Well its still raining.

1/4s have stopped after someone did an AndyF - he's ok but car needs a bit of a tidy :(

After a break, the handng has just resumed. Lots of spins and cones everywhere!

Embarassing pics to follow ;)

p1mark 21 May 2006 06:45 PM

Bob is standing just behind it in the first pic so at least he is ok.

chrome 21 May 2006 07:05 PM

Yes.
Bob Rawle's car. He's looked pretty cool and collected when I saw him later on.
Unlucky.

It turned to horrendous weather. :(

Look out for a RWYB/SS03.5 in July for the top 8 to run again!!

Hmm...

I actually thought you were using them quite well - it was whether you were on a handling circuit or trying to impress Sven incase Wayne Rooney wasn't fit for the World Cup
