A Jaguar XJ220, by christ did it sound good when it went by me, stunning Motor have always loved them but never seen one on the road.

Seen one on the M1 once.

Have sat in one once and could not fathom out how you could drive it fast when the seating position is so bad.

was the "220" bit the speed it could reach, or the distance in metres needed to stop from 70? :lol1:

They don't make 'em like that anymore .... it was funny that when new, they tried to conceal the fact it had what is basically a turbo'd Metro 6R4 motor (which in turn is a Rover 3.9 V8 with #7 and 8 cylinders chopped off) :D

Still managed to waste a zonda on TG as well:cool:

Did sit in one once, at a Jaguar dealer, It happen to belong to Elton John:D

I saw one in America in the Daytona raceay customer parking bays :D, there was also a Enzo around:eek:

It is supposed to be able to reach 220mph... however when attempting to do this the bonnet pins are bent out of shape etc - not ideal.

was it on the back of a tow truck LOL

thought it made 219 and the makers failed? :D

Quite possibly the best looking and definetly one of the most amazing cars ever made, shame it never got the V12 and 4wd as the concept was :)

and the turning circle radius is really bad. Try driving down a normal street with one..... impossible.

I'll gladly give it a shot... where do I pick up the keys? :D

theres one near where i live only seen it on the road a couple of times sounds awesome, apparently the fella has a f40 but havent seen that....
