De-spoilered Newage
We've seen plenty of pictures of de-spoilered classics, but only a few if any despoilered newage cars.
So, lets see any pictures. |

Not for me. Much better with than without.

Saw this one out in Canada- first one i'd seen in the flesh without a spoiler- it looks better with one but i quite like them without

Without looks bloody awful IMO!!

Type RA came straight out of the factory without any spoilers.
They have never done newage without spoilers yet, probably because it's ugly enough with them.:D Rob |
If you wonder why the rally cars all have spoilers? Look what happened to Petter Solberg at the New Zealand rally last year.
He lost his spoiler earlier on in the stage, then on a big jump the car took off like an aeroplane and nearly bid a full back flip! There arnt that many big jumps near me, but if there where id be glad of my spoiler. |
North American WRX's don't come with rear spoilers as standard, it's an optional extra, which explains why you will see a few of them around without it. It does look odd, but if you were to put a tiny little lip spoiler on the boot it doesn't look too bad.

I like the look of them without the spoiler to be honest.. I agree that a wee lip spoiler makes it look a wee bit better.

|
I like them without a spoiler but I would say that....I am biased :D
|
I think the black wingless newages look pretty mean.....:wonder:
|
i think they look ok to be honest :)
