Alarm Dead Zones

I've been going to the same barber for years but will have to have a re-think as the area is an alarm dead zone for Sigmas. Twice I've been there and my car won't remote lock / arm but imobilizes. I've had to call green flag as I hadn't realised this. This is a real pain. Has this happened to anyone else.

yeah.. i got my scoob and found my works car park was a dead zone... luckily i changed jobs anyway after a couple of days!!

It seemed random, sometimes it worked, sometimes not.

Pretty embarrassing having to unlock with key, set the alarm off and dive into the glove box to put the code in!!

no choice but to use yer keypad and key, the old fashioned way :P

yep. there is this bar i go to where this happens outside. it allows me to activate it after a few presses of key fob, but i normally have it on auto arm anyway. but doesnt allow me to de-activate it!!!! i just use the key to open door and enter pin code.

i think i read on here its to do with POLICE/AMBULANCE radio masts close buy blocking the transmission!

It's a pain when it first happens. I have the code stored in my mobile (randomly mind) just in case I have to disarm it the old fashioned way
