parked my car today in liverpool outside my uni library, wen some scaley on a bike goes past and shouts

"dat will get robbed der laaaaaaaaaa,,,,,,, someone will rob dat laaaaaaaaa"

the car was parked outside a busy library, i mean what was the point in shouting that?????

does anyone else get this???????
