Quick question guys ??!!

having never actually used any off these sites on the net before just wonder if a 1MB broadband speed is actually enough to say d/load an album / film etc whilst I realise that each film / album whatever will be a different size just wonder how long on average it takes to D/load such a thing ??

lastly !! are these sites safe enough to use as far as being virus etc free ??

I've not had a virus yet.

More to the point - since decent AV + Anti-spyware, properly updated, ought to keep the worst at bay - is there a hacker vulnerability arising from the need to keep vertain ports open??

Thanks for the links, Guys.

When looking into such malarky myself for educational purposes, I have had no issue with anything not being what it said it was going to be. Infact, I've been amazed at the quality of said educational material. If you're worried scan files before you open them with your virus/spyware stuff.

Don't download any copyright material or anything which is not freely avliable for 'educational' uses. :D
