Help required on this fault code
 

I've just bought a PSi3 data monitor because my CEL light has come on a few times lately. It turned up this morning so I've fitted it straight away and it's found the follow error in the log.

P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

:confused:

Can anyone tell me what this means and more importantly, is it something that I should get fixed asap (and stop driving the car until it's done)?

Edit: It's an MY01 WRX, Walbro 255, HKS panel filter, straight through centre pipe, H&S backbox, ecutek remap at Powerstation.

It also reported an engine misfire last weekend that I had diagnosed by a main dealer (didn't think to get which # misfired)

I get this one as do many other tuned bugeye drivers,I replaced the sensor and still get it

just restart the car 4 times and it will go, I do this rather than a reset the ecu to keep the learning
