I just looked on Subaru.co.uk used Website and in Coventry theres a DBM 00 with P1 spotlight conversion...I really like the look of this, any info on suppliers / prices e.t.c.

Thanks!

You'll be lucky. The dealers won't sell the P1 spots to anyone except a P1 owner, what you need is a friend with a P1 who can 'tell a porky' to get you a set.

FYI if you do manage it, the lights will cost around £250, mounting kit approx £35, wiring loom another £30 then colour coding anything from £20 up.

I'm having mine fitted on my MY98 wagon next week :)

The lights are made by Hella & are available from them or their stockists - £150 mark.

Problem after that is the brackets & the surrounds.

Anyone have a source (other than PD ;) ) of either of those two items or offer suggestions.

Me - I got the kosher gear ;)

:)

I think Andy Tang said that you could get appropriate fixing kit from Graham Goode, but as PTMW said you still need the bracket & surround.
I have not been able to find anywhere that will supply these renaining bits :(

You need the following items for them to work:

lamps - Hella items
brackets for lamps - Subaru specific item
lamp covers - Subaru specific items
mounting kit to hold covers on - GGR can supply
wiring loom - bit's of wire, relay, etc

The lamps can either be bought second hand from someone who has upgraded their lights on their P1 or new from the likes of Demon Tweeks.

Brackets for the lamps will cost about £35-odd (+VAT) from a dealer, but you will need a P1!

Covers again are from the dealers.

I was told by my dealer that these three items will cost you about £350!!

The bracket to hold on the covers can be bought here: http://www.grahamgoode.com/cgi-bin/p...e=lighting.htm

GGS815 Fitting kit for above lamp covers over standard fog lights. £34.03 + VAT

The wiring kit can either be bought from Scoobysport (by using their driving lamp wiring kit) or make one up yourself with bits of wires, a relay and a Scotchlok.

Hope this helps
Andy
