HELP! flash n00b working..

I want to edit a Flash image somebody has sent me..

I have Mac Flash Pro 8 installed, but when i open the flash it just plays, and i cant see how to edit this :brickwall :cry: :wonder:

what have they send you m8... the .swf file or the .fla?

you need the .fla, flash source file to gain access to any images within the movies library or timeline!

the .swf is the compiled movie which is simply used to play the movie, hope that helps a little :)
