Golf / PDA with GPS software
 

Hello

Someone i spoke to a while ago said he had some software on his PDA which had maps of loads of courses in the UK, and he used it so that he could accurately see where he was on the golf course and suggest clubs to use, and that sort of thing.

Anyone got any knowledge of such a product, as i would be keen to try it to see what its like !!!

I am pretty cr*p at golf, but if I really needed GPS to tell me where I was on the course, I think it would be time to call it a day!

It can help to tell you how far you hit with different clubs, and work out what you should be using. Could be quite useful......

Apparently they are standard gismos on golf carts in America :)

My PDA's batteries wouldn't last long enough for a round of golf...
