Honda Civic 2.2 CDTI.
As above,is it any good.Anybody got one?
Sounds like it should be good allrounder . What do you think ? |
Picking mine up on Saturday. Great little all round for the wife

I may be biased as I sell them for a living, BUT genuinely a very good car would give a standard scoob a run for its money up to about 90=100mph.
Handling is very very good if you opt for the 18" wheel upgrade (£850) refinement is high eg 90mph = 2500rpm. After all 251lbs/ft torque at 2000rpm cant be bad can it ? |

Have had mine fro about 3 months now in place of my old scoob 275bhp/275lbft and am loving it as the guy above says would give a std scoob a run for its money up to 100 + handling great once you are used to feel can run through corners as quick as i did in the scoob and a pleasure to drive ! should be even more fun when chipped and 45mpg average not bad either

Personally I'd avoid the 18'' wheels as they destroy the ride. I was out playing in a Sport version on 17'' wheels and it drives beautifully, with a good ride comfort and high grip levels when you start pushing on. It was a bit weavy under braking, but otherwise excellent. Good economy and a great interior.

Good reports then .Ummmmmmmm.Does the Scoob go to be replaced by a sensible diesel ?
Trouble is I want to sell to release funds for work on the house ,but by the time I sell my car and then start speckin up the Honda ,I would not have much left to play with . 18,s make the difference looks wise usually,so they would have to be a must I think . Good spec with 18,s ,how much ? Thanks for comments so far. |
Well Iam really impresed so far. So much so that I have not drive the Scoob for 5 days now...
|
Any one have pic of said car with 18,s on it.?
